Blu-ray 3D is the newest home entertainment disc format, offering an upgrade to the old anaglog 3D picture we used to watch with those embarassing red/blue glasses.
With Blu-ray 3D, you get the same stereoscopic picture that’s shown in theaters today. You still have to wear glasses (although they do look slightly cooler), but manufacturers are working on 3D without eyewear. To play Blu-ray 3D at home, you will need a Blu-ray 3D player and a 3D TV.
