Seeing is believing for the gang in The Big Bang Theory.

Warner Home Video released the TV comedy The Big Bang Theory: The Complete Fourth Season on DVD and Blu-ray on Sept. 13, 2011, a few weeks before the popular show kicked off its fifth season. Each is priced at $44.98 and $54.97, respectively.

The television show concerns a group of socially awkward but brilliant Cal Tech scientists — Leonard (Johnny Galecki), Howard (Simon Helberg), Raj (Kunal Nayyar) and Sheldon (Jim Parsons) — who attempt to score as high with the opposite sex as they do on their IQ tests!

In the series’ fourth season, the gang’s romantic universe expands when Leonard, on the rebound from Penny (leading lady Kaley Cuoco), falls into the arms of Raj’s sister, Priya (Aarti Mann). Meanwhile, Sheldon finally gets a girlfriend (make that a “girl” who considers herself to be a “friend”), while Howard and Bernadette’s (Melissa Rauch) chemistry heats up, both in and out of the lab.

Here’s a list of the bonus features on the DVD and Blu-ray :

  • “Actor on Actor: The Big Bang Theory of Relativity,” a featurette with the stars of the show conducting interviews with each other about their experiences working on The Big Bang Theory.
  • gag reel
  • Blu-ray exclusive: “The Big Bang Theory Live” featurette, about the live taping of the show
