Mel Gibson (Lethal Weapon) and Anthony Hopkins (The Rite) star in the 1984 take on one of history’s most infamous sea stories in the action-adventure drama The Bounty.

Robert Bolt (Lawrence of Arabia) and director Roger Donaldson (Dante’s Peak) helm this version of the tale that focuses on the fabled mutiny by Master’s Mate Fletcher Christian (Gibson) and his men against their by-the-book captain, William Bligh (Hopkins).

The provocative film also features appearances by many greats of British cinema, including Laurence Olivier (Richard III), Daniel Day-Lewis (The Last of the Mohicans), and Liam Neeson (The Grey).

As supplier Twilight Time prints up only 3,000 copies of each title, be prepared to preorder the title from distributor Screen Archives when it prebooks towards the end of February.
