New Release: Life as We Know It DVD and Blu-ray

Life as We Know It movie sceneRomantic comedy Life as We Know It arrived on DVD and Blu-ray on Feb. 8, 2011, in time for Valentine’s Day.

Warner Home Video‘s movie, which adds a new twist to parenthood, stars three favorites who are no stranger to rom-coms: Josh Duhamel (When in Rome), Josh Lucas (Sweet Home Alabama) and Katherine Heigl (Killers, Knocked Up).

In the film, Duhamel and Heigl are set up on a blind date by married friends (She’s Out of My League‘s Hayes MacArthur and Christina Hendricks from TV’s Mad Men), but it turns out disastrous. Three years later, MacArthur and Hendricks die in an accident and leave their daughter Sophie (tripletts Alexis, Brynn and Brooke Clagett) to their single friends. Despite their dislike for each other, Duhamel and Heigl move into their friends’ house and try to fulfill their wishes raising their daughter. You can figure out the rest…

The PG-13 film grossed $53 million in theaters.

The DVD was priced at $28.98, and a Blu-ray/DVD combo pack was $35.99. The Blu-ray includes a downloadable digital copy.
