Columbus Circle movie scene

Selma Blair (r.) and Amy Smart don't like what they see in Columbus Circle.

Selma Blair (Hellboy II: The Golden Army), Giovanni Ribisi, (The Rum Diary), Amy Smart (Dead Awake), Jason Lee (Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel) and Kevin Pollak (The Big Year) star in the 2010 mystery-thriller movie Columbus Circle.

The film stars Blair as Abigail, the famous daughter of a wealthy industrialist. She has been secluding herself in her Manhattan loft for nearly 20 years, since the day she received her enormous inheritance on her 18th birthday.

Sequestered at the top of her Columbus Circle luxury apartment high-rise, Abigail’s seemingly secure world is suddenly disrupted when her elderly neighbor is mysteriously slain. The killing immediately prompts an investigation by an inquisitive and intrusive NYPD Homicide Detective (Ribisi) and the arrival of a couple of strange new tenants (Smart and Lee), who may prove to be more than just a threat to Abigail’s  privacy.

Directed by George Gallo (Middle Men) and co-written by Gallo and co-star Pollak, the PG-13-rated Columbus Circle has been the recipient of a fair amount of online chatter for about a year now and its release is finally as a DVD premiere.

If we’re to apply what we’re seeing in the trailer to the entire movie, it looks like it could be some fun:
