Drew Fuller lands himself in the can in The Kane Files.

A desperate man with a checkered past races to save his family in the 2010 action thriller film The Kane Files.

Scott Kane (Drew Fuller, TV’s Army Wives) is a former hit man struggling to live a clean life with his wife, Anna (Whitney Able, Monsters). Financially strapped, crisis hits when their son Owen becomes ill and will die without treatment. In desperation, Kane turns to Daniel Morgan (William Atherton, Die Hard), a kingpin in the local criminal underworld, who – in return for his assistance – has one last job perfectly suited for Kane’s talents. An inevitable double-cross involving a dirty cop (Ethan Embry, Can’t hardly Wait) and a scheming FBI agent (William Devane, TV’s 24) goes down, resulting in Kane getting sent to prison, escaping it, and then finding himself on the run for his life and the lives of his family!

The Kane Files was screened at the 2010 San Diego Film Festival but is making its commercial premiere on DVD.

There are no bonus features on the DVD.
