AMC is quickly establishing itself as one of the coolest TV networks, with the swarthy Mad Men, gritty Breaking Bad and last year’s launch of the zombie television show The Walking Dead. And AMC is even more cool because they gave us two copies of The Walking Dead: Season One on high-definition Blu-ray to give away to our awesome readers.

In case you haven’t seen the show, here’s a quick breakdown:

Based on the popular comic book series by Robert Kirkman, The Walking Dead is set in the ghoulish aftermath of a zombie apocalypse. A group of people, led by a pair of cops (Andrew Lincoln of Made in Dagenham and Jon Bernthal of TV’s Eastwick), try to survive, scavenging for food, safety and any sign of hope.

Available in stores on March 8, the Blu-ray will be priced at $49.99 (also available on DVD for $39.98), but you can enter here for a chance to win the Blu-ray set for free. Here’s how:

1. If you don’t already, Like Disc Dish on Facebook or Follow Disc Dish on Twitter then leave a comment on this page saying whether you’re a Facebook or Twitter fan. That gives you one entry. If you only do this step, you’re entered, but keep reading for more chances to win.

2. Link to this page from your Facebook profile, Twitter feed or wherever you hang out online and tell us about it in the comments for extra entries. You’ll get an extra entry for each link.

3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 every day for even more chances to win.

And, as always, feel free to spread your love for The Walking Dead or zombies in general.

This giveaway runs through midnight, Tuesday, March 8, and the two winners will be chosen by Random.org and announced here on March 9. NOTE: This contest is open only to U.S. residents.
