Inspired by the grand tradition of that oh-so-American cinema genre film noir, the noir-flavored crime adventure Trouble Is My Business is directed and co-written by Thomas Konkle who also stars as a

Thomas Konkle and Brittney Powell steam things up in Trouble Is My Business.

1940s-era Los Angeles Private Investigator trying to untangle a mystery that only succeeds in landing him in deep trouble.

Inspired by such noir classics as The Maltese Falcon and Double Indemnity, the film also stars Vernon Wells (Mad Max, Commando) and Brittney Powell (Xena: Warrior Princess), in an adventure that includes such standard noir ingredients as seductive femme fatales, corrupt cops, a weary P.I., and troublesome thugs and dames.

The two-disc special edition DVD features the unrated film in both color and black-and-white versions.
