Judas Kiss movie sceneA gay-themed campus drama with a touch of magic realism, Judas Kiss focuses on a failed filmmaker Zachary Wells (gay icon Charlie David of  TV’s Dante’s Cove) who returns to his alma mater to judge a film competition.

The movie’s story takes a twist when Zach discovers that one of the competitors, Danny Reyes (Richard Harmon, TV’s The Killing), shares his real name and his entry has the same title as the film that won Zach the festival years earlier. With his own career in shambles, Zach sees Danny making the same mistakes he did and decides to take matters into his own hands.

Directed and co-written by J.T. Tepnapa (Begging for Shorts), the film co-stars former adult film star Brent Corrigan (Milk) and Dennis Bateman (Men of Honor).

Judas Kiss is a DVD premiere in the U.S. It was screened at a slew of alternative film festivals around the country, where it was reviewed positively by critics and festival attendees.

Bonus features on the DVD include the following:

  • behind-the-scenes featurette
  • montage
  • music video
  • deleted scenes

For those who purchase the film at WolfeVideo.com, the supplier will add a signed photo of either Charlie David or Brent Corrigan as an exclusive bonus gift.
