New Release: South Park Season 14 DVD and Blu-ray

South Park sceneThe long-running irreverent TV show South Park returned to DVD and Blu-ray on April 26, 2011, when South Park: The Complete Fourteenth Season was released by Paramount Home Entertainment.

The animated television series’ Stan, Kyle, Cartman and Kenny are in 14 episodes in the three-disc set. In the comedy show’s 14th season, the boys try out social networking, defend against annoying Jersey “muff cabbage” and reveal the secret identity of Mysterion in a three-part saga.

Both the DVD and Blu-ray include deleted scenes and commentary by creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone on all episodes.

The series was priced at $57.99 on Blu-ray and $49.99 on DVD.

Paramount also released the same day The Lucy Show: The Official Fourth Season on DVD.

The 1960s sitcom stars Lucille Ball as Lucy Carmichael, who in this season relocates to Southern California and lives the life of a single girl, meeting new friends, trying out the dating scene and making ends meet with part-time jobs.

The fourth season has 26 episodes, which have been digitally remastered for this four-disc set, priced at $39.98.
