The second season of NBC’s hit comedy Parks and Recreation, starring Amy Poehler (Saturday Night Live), arrived on DVD on Nov. 30, 2010, from Universal Studios Home Entertainment.

The mockumentary TV show looks at the ways people interact with their local government and why it often takes so long. The sitcom delves into the office of Parks and Recreation and getting to know the people who work there. Poehler plays a mid-level bureaucrat and head of the Parks and Recreation department. The show also stars Rashida Jones, from fellow NBC mockumentary series The Office, and Aziz Ansari from Scrubs.

Parks and Recreation: Season Two was released in a four-DVD set with Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround sound.

The Office: Digital Shorts DVD boxThe characters from The Office, season six of which was released on DVD and Blu-ray in September 2010, returned to DVD in on Nov. 16, 2010, with the release of The Office: Digital Shorts Collection on DVD, also from Universal.
