The creators of Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior, a spin-off of the wildly popular TV series Criminal Minds, were probably thinking “How can we go wrong with a crime thriller procedural starring Academy Award winner Forest Whittaker (Repo Men) and former 24 and West Wing co-star Janeane Garofalo?” Famous last words, right?
Though CBS Television found great success spinning off its other procedurals like CSI and JAG, it simply didn’t work out for the dark drama Suspect Behavior, which was cancelled after its first season.
The show concerns an elite team of agents within the FBI’s Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU) who use unconventional methods of investigation and aggressive tactics to hunt down the nation’s bad guys.
The DVD contains all 13 episodes from the television show’s one and only season, as well as the following bonus features:
- “The New Criminal Minds”
- “Inside The Red Cell”
- “The Profiler”
- “House of Corpses”
- “Loved Ones”
- gag reel
- deleted scenes

This is a great show and I am deeply disappointed that it is cancelled. We 50 somethings are always off of the stove completely bypassing the back burner. Bring it back, please.
Are you stupid? You execs expect the public to pay 50.00 for a DVD set that only contains 13 episodes that of which the last episode is a “to be continued” that will never have an ending. This was a good show that had potential and you didn’t even have the decency to finish the cliffhanger.
I agree that $50 is on the steep side for a 13-episode network series (about nine hours of programming). But what to do? Maybe the network is thinking that if the fans (obviously a limited number of them) want to dance, then they’ve got to pay the band…
