Queen: Days of our Lives movie scene

They will, they will, rock us: Queen's career is chroncled in Days of Our Lives.

The music-filled rock music documentary Queen: Days of Our Lives began as a two-part, two-hour film produced by long-term Queen collaborators and life-long fans Rhys Thomas and Simon Lupton, and directed by Matt Casey.

After 10 years of producing Queen DVDs, Lupton and Thomas were asked by the band to make the definitive 40th Anniversary documentary movie, and after almost a year of research and editing, they came up with Days of Our Lives.

The 2011 movie features new interviews with Queen guitarist Brian May and drummer Roger Taylor as well as a slew of archival footage, including the rock group’s recently unearthed first TV performance.

Days of Our Lives was first broadcast on BBC 2 television in the UK in May, 2011.

In addition to supplementing the original documentary with several exclusive new sequences, the DVD and Blu-ray feature seven complete videos, excerpts of which are in the main film.

The Blu-ray also features 19 minutes of bonus interview footage.
