Dexter Season 7Secrets come out in the seventh season of Showtime’s drama TV show Dexter.

Michael C. Hall (Gamer) stars as the titular forensics officer, whose love of blood goes beyond splatter patterns. In season 7, Dexter’s bloody secret is revealed to his sister (Jennifer Carpenter, Faster), who must come to terms with her seemingly mild-mannered brother’s extra-curricular activities.

Meanwhile, Dexter’s on the trail of a brutal Ukrainian mobster (Ray Stevenson, Thor) and meets a woman (Yvonne Strahovski, TV’s Chuck) with a dark past.

The DVD and Blu-ray contain all 12 episodes plus bonus episodes from other TV shows.

As well as the Dexter: The Seventh Season set, Paramount is offering seven-season packs on DVD and Blu-ray.
