marilyn1_optWritten, produced and directed by Paul Davids, the movie serves as an exploration into the life and untimely death of the renowned Ms. Monroe. With the help of famed film scholars and critics, the documentary takes viewers through the actress’ career and the mysteries surrounding her passing, examining newly declassified FBI and CIA files, decades of testimony, clues and police chief statements. Ultimately, the film offers the case that Monroe was the victim of a contract killing.

“Names are named, no detail is spared, and like a jigsaw puzzle, the pieces of this 54-year-old mystery have been neatly fitted together for the viewer,” said Paul Davids. “All who see the film will now know what happened when she died at age 36.”
