From French writer-director Bertrand Blier comes the Academy Award winner for Best Foreign-Language Film of 1978: Get Out Your Handkerchiefs.

The film reteams Gérard Depardieu (1900) and Patrick Dewaere – the stars of Blier’s breakthrough 1974 global sensation Going Places– in a sex comedy that sweetly explores love and its shifting configurations.

Doting spouse Raoul (Depardieu) attempts to alleviate his wife Solange’s (Carole Laure, Heartbreakers, Sweet Country) depression, even if it means opening their marriage up to accommodate school teacher Stéphane (Dewaere, Série Noire,Blier’s Beau Pere).  But as it turns out, Solange’s preferred bedmate is a bullied 13-year-old schoolboy, Christian (Riton Liebman). Michel Serrault (La Cage aux Folles) co-stars as an understandably concerned neighbor.
