Instincts both maternal and carnal clatter like shards of glass in a blender in co-writer/director Lynne Ramsay’s (We Need to Talk About Kevin), Die My Love, an uncompromising portrait of a woman on the edge co-written by Enda Walsh and Alice Birch. Starring the always-game Jennifer Lawrence (Passengers, mother!) and Robert Pattinson (Twilight franchise), this intense drama-horror-thriller hybrid is a frenzied pas de deux, inflaming the exposed nerves of delirium and desire.

In the film, Grace (Lawrence) and her partner Jackson (Pattinson) move into an old country house. She pursues her dream of writing, and the couple welcome a baby soon after. However, with Jackson frequently absent, and the pressures of domestic life weighing on her, Grace begins to unravel, leaving a path of destruction in her wake.
