MGM Home Entertainment released comedy Hot Tub Time Machine on DVD and Blu-ray on June 29, 2010, distributed by 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment.
With $45.7 million at the box office, the movie stars John Cusack (2012), The Office‘s Craig Robinson and Rob Corddry from The Daily Show With Jon Stewart, as three friends who try to recapture their youth at a ski resort, and, one drunken night in a hot tub, get transported back to the ’80s.
Chevy Chase (Caddyshack), Crispin Glover (Alice in Wonderland) and Clark Duke (Kick-Ass) are also in the cast.
The DVD and Blu-ray of Hot Tub Time Machine include an unrated version of the movie, with 10 additional minutes of footage.
Priced at $29.98, the DVD contains only deleted scenes for a special feature.
The Blu-ray ($39.99) has deleted scenes, digital copy of the unrated version of the movie and four theatrical promo spots (“Production: Acting Like Idiots,” “Chevy Chase: The Nicest Guy in Hollywood,” “Totally Radical Outfits: Dayna Pink” and “Crispin Glover: One Armed Bellhop”).
