A pair of inseparable best friends go west to save the world in the animated family adventure Luke and Lucy & The Texas Rangers.

Phase 4 Films released the 2009 computer-animated family western adventure Luke and Lucy & The Texas Rangers on Blu-ray and DVD on Feb. 22, 2011.

Based on the best-selling Dutch comic book, Suske en Wiske, which has sold more than 200 million copies worldwide, Luke and Lucy concerns the titular inseparable friends mounting their steeds and snapping into action when they discover the masked villain Jim Parasite’s diabolical plan to kidnap and shrink all the Texas Rangers so he can accomplish his ultimate dream of ruling the world.

Directed by Mark Mertens and Wim Bien, the English-language version of this 2009 Belgian movie features the voice of one-time pop sensation Billy Ray Cyrus.

Luke and Lucy & The Texas Rangers made its North American debut at 2010 Calgary International Film Festival in September, but the animated film is essential premiering on DVD in the U.S.

Blu-ray and DVD bonus features include the following:
