New Release: Fatal Secrets DVD

Fatal Secrets movie scene

Dina Meyer is driven to the brink by Vincent Spano in Fatal Secrets.

On March 29, 2011, MTI released the 2009 film Fatal Secrets, a DVD premiere thriller with an undeniably straight-to-DVD-thriller-ish name, on DVD.

In the movie (originally titled Balancing the Books), a charming man (Vincent Spano, Alphabet City) with a secret background gets romantically involved with an attractive woman (Dina Meyer, Piranha) … before driving her to the breaking point.

Troubled and scared, she enlists her two best friends (Any Given Sunday‘s Lela Rochon and Back to the Future‘s Lea Thompson) to help confront him. The women underestimate the consequences when they take matters into their own hands, as their opponent forces them into a desperate situation, where everyone has to pay a price.

Directed and produced by Meir Sharony and written by Kathy Cotter (Offshore Television), the film also stars Ernie Hudson (Ghostbusters), Ed Begley Jr. (Hair High) and Tess Harper (Tender Mercies).

The DVD, which includes trailers as a bonus feature, carries a list price of $24.95.
