Martin Clunes gets a buss from Lia Williams in Doc Martin.

Acorn Media released a collection of all four seasons of the popular British comedy-drama TV show Doc Martin on DVD on April 26, 2011. The Doc Martin Collection: Series 1-4 DVD carries a list price of $99.99.

Martin Clunes (Shakespeare in Love) stars in the series as a misanthropic, socially maladjusted doctor forced to relocate to rustic Cornish seaside village, where he immediately clashes with the town’s eccentric citizens.

In these four complete seasons, Doc Martin catches the eye of the most beautiful woman in Portwenn (Caroline Catz, TV’s The Vice) tests the patience of his long-suffering aunt (Stephanie Cole, Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day) and repeatedly hurts feelings as he heals bodies.

A huge hit in the U.K. with 9 million viewers and a fifth series commissioned, Doc Martin airs on PBS stations across the U.S.

This nine-disc collection includes all 30 episodes of the series (clocking in at some 24 hours) and a photo gallery, cast trivia and cast filmographies as bonus features.
