New Release: Everything Must Go Blu-ray and DVD

Everything Must Go movie scene

Will Ferrell dumps it all in Everything Must Go.

Will Ferrell (The Other Guys) stars in the 2010 comedy-drama movie Everything Must Go, which arrived on Blu-ray and DVD on Sept. 6, 2011, from Lionsgate, for the list prices of $39.99 and $27.98, respectively.

In the film, Ferrell plays alcoholic Nick Halsey, whose relapse causes him to lose both his job and his wife in one day. He learns about the latter when he returns home after being fired to discover the locks on his home have been changed and all his possessions have been dumped onto the front lawn. So, for a while, Nick finds himself chilling on his lawn in an armchair and sucking down some beers! But given some time and the help of a few quirky neighbors, Nick might just be able to pull it together.

Rebecca Hall (The Town), Michael Peña (The Lincoln Lawyer) and Laura Dern (Little Fockers) co-star.

The first film directed and written by Dan Rush, Everything Must Go is based on a short story by the great Raymond Carver (Short Cuts). It received a limited release on approximately 250 screens in theaters in early May, where it grossed $2.4 million.

The DVD and Blu-ray include an audio commentary, two featurettes and a selection of deleted scenes.
