Amy Adams (Trouble with the Curve) and Jeremy Renner (Kill the Messenger) star in the acclaimed science fiction drama Arrival.

Arrival 1When mysterious spacecraft touch down across the globe, an elite team races against time to decipher their intent. As tensions mount between fearful governments, expert translator Louise Banks (Adams) discovers the aliens’ true purpose and, to avert global war, takes a chance that could threaten her life, and quite possibly humanity.

Based on the story by “Story of Your Life” by Ted Chiang, the movie also stars Forest Whitaker (The Butler) and is directed by Denis Velleneuve (Sicario).

Well-regarded by critics since its release in November, 2016, Arrival has rung up $95 million at the domestic box office, an impressive take for so cerebral a flick!

The Arrival 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray sets include over an hour of special features, with in-depth explorations of the film’s subject matter, sound, score, editing and more.
