The irrepressible Jackie Chan (The Spy Next Door) is back in his latest, the action-filed 2017 techno-drama  Bleeding Steel.

Chan stars as Lin, a police inspector in modern Hong Kong. While tracking down a deranged, mech-enhanced villain, Lin discovers that a geneticist’s lost biochemical invention has been surgically implanted into his missing daughter. With the help of a young hacker, Lin connects the dots between the device that haunts his daughter, his enemy’s sinister army, and a strange cultural phenomenon known as “Bleeding Steel.”

Directed by rising filmmaker Leo Zhang (who’s currently working with Chan on another film slated for release later this year), Bleeding Steel also features Show Lo (Journey to the West), Callan Mulvey (Captain America: The Winter Soldier) and Tess Haubrich (Alien: Covenant).
