The first season of TNT‘s critically acclaimed drama TV show Men of a Certain Age debuted on DVD on Nov. 2, 2010. The show stars Ray Romano (TV’s Everybody Loves Raymond), Andre Braugher (TV’s Homicide: Life on the Street), Scott Bakula (TV’s Star Trek: Enterprise) and Penelope Ann Miller (Carlito’s Way).
Created by Romano and Mike Royce, Men of a Certain Age is about three men (Romano, Braugher and Bakula) experiencing the changes and challenges of mid-life. Romano’s Joe is a recently separated father of two with a gambling habit and unrealized dreams of being a professional golfer. Braugher plays Owen, a stressed out husband and father who is unsatisfied in his job as a car salesman at his dad’s dealership. And Bakula is a handsome single man who, in his 40s, is still struggling to make it as an actor.
Co-creator Royce was a co-executive producer on Romano’s popular sitcom Everybody Loves Raymond.
Men of a Certain Age was released in a two-DVD set, including all 10 episodes of the first season, priced at $39.98.
