New Release: Lottery Ticket DVD and Blu-ray

Lottery TicketWith the current economy problems, winning the lottery would be a dream, but for Bow Wow (TV’s Entourage), it’s a challenge in the comedy Lottery Ticket, which was released on DVD and Blu-ray on Nov. 16, 2010, from Warner Home Video.

The PG-13 movie, which grossed $23 million in a quick theatrical release, stars Bow Wow as a man who has just won $370 million in the Mondo Millions Lottery. As the Lottery Claim Office is closed for a long holiday weekend, Bow Wow must try to hold onto his winning ticket as news of his luck quickly spreads. Mike Epps (The Hangover), Ice Cube (Friday), Loretta Devine (Death at a Funeral) and Keith David (Stomp the Yard: Homecoming) also star.

The Blu-ray was released as a Blu-ray/DVD combo pack and includes a downloadable digital copy of Lottery Ticket, all priced at $35.99. The disc comes with these special features:

  • featurette “Lottery Ticket: Custom Kicks”
  • featurette “Junior’s Guide to the Corner Store”
  • featurette “Everybody’s In: Casting for the Lottery Ticket
  • featurette “The Du-Rag Model”
  • and deleted scenes.

The DVD, priced at $28.98, contain only deleted scenes.
