Being Human Season 3With the first season of the U.S. remake airing on Syfy, Warner Home Video brought out season three of the BBC’s original version of Being Human on DVD and Blu-ray on May 3, 2011.

The sets arrive a few weeks before the DVD and Blu-ray debut of the third season of U.S. vampire and werewolf TV show True Blood.

The British TV show follows a werewolf (Russell Tovey, The History Boys), a vampire (Aidan Turner, TV’s Tudors) and a ghost (Lenora Crichlow, Wilderness) living together and trying to get along surrounded by humans. In season three, the characters move to a new house and encounter more supernatural beings, including other vamires and a zombie.

The fantasy television series was created by Toby Whitehouse, who also has written for the popular Doctor Who and Torchwood.

The Being Human: Season 3 three-disc DVD set was priced at $49.98 and the three-disc Blu-ray at $59.98.
