The Victim movie scene

Michael Biehn means business in The Victim.

The husband-and-wife team of Michael Biehn (The Terminator) and Jennifer Blanc (The Divide) star in the 2011 thriller movie The Victim, written and directed by Biehn in his directorial debut.

Good time girls Annie (Blanc) and Mary (Danielle Harris, Hatchet II) find themselves in a dangerous situation when Annie’s life is put in jeopardy after she witnesses a violent act at the hands of two Sheriff’s deputies (Ryan Honey, Denny Kirkwood). With her pursuers closing in, Annie stumbles across Kyle (Biehn), a recluse living in the middle of the woods. A rugged loner, Kyle keeps civilization at arm’s length—that is, until a single knock on his door throws his solitary life into chaos.

The Victim is currently working its way through the film festival circuit and will open in a limited run of New York and Los Angeles theaters in late August and September, 2012, prior to its release on Blu-ray and DVD.

Bonus features on the discs of the R-rated film include the following:

  • Audio commentary by writer/director Biehn and co-star/co-producer Jennifer Blanc
  • Making-of featurette
  • Theatrical trailer
