Here’s one with two stars we really enjoy that we’d never heard of until we received the mailing for its Blu-ray and DVD release: the romantic comedy Man Up starring Simon Pegg (The World’s End) and Lake Bell (In a World…).
Okay, here we go: The film follows Nancy (Bell), a charming, albeit awkward single woman determined to add spontaneity to her drab love life. When she accepts a blind date from a misinformed stranger, Jack (Pegg), she finds that giving love a chance can lead to the most unexpected of romances!
Simon Pegg and Lake Bell give it a shot in Man Up.

Directed by television veteran Ben Palmer, this one also stars Rory Kinnear (Skyfall) and Olivia Williams (Hanna), both of whom we enjoy.
Currently available On Demand, Man Up did receive a quick, limited rollout to theaters in mid-November, where it was generally well-received by critics, scoring an 81% rating at Rotten Tomatoes based on 63 published reviews.
The disc and Digital release include a gag reels, featurette and interviews as bonus features.
