The 2017 coming-of-age comedy-drama Flower, directed and co-written by Max Winkler (who also helmed 2010’s Ceremony), stars Zoey Deutch (Vampire Academy), Tim Heidecker (The Comedy), Adam Scott (TV’s Parks and Recreation), and the always-game Kathryn Hahn (Wanderlust).

Spunky and complicated teenager Erica (Deutch), who looks forward to bailing out her father by being a prostitute and defining her posse’s antics as vigilantism, gets a new step-brother named Luke (Joey Morgan), who was recently released from rehab. While bonding with Erica, Luke sees Will (Scott), a teacher who Luke claims sexually assaulted him when he was younger. The well-meaning Erica rallies her brother and teams up with her friends to extort and make Will pay for his deeds.

Coolly received by the critics upon its limited theatrical rollout in March, 2018, leading lady Deutch received very positive notices, with Frank Scheck of The Hollywood Reporter noting her “magnetic performance.”

The DVD’s sole bonus features is an audio commentary with director Winkler and Ms. Deutch.
