Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment released a number of season sets of hit drama TV shows in the fall of 2010: Ugly Betty: The Fourth and Final Season, Castle: The Complete Second Season, Grey’s Anatomy: The Complete Sixth Season, spin-off Private Practice: The Complete Third Season, Desperate Housewives: The Complete Sixth Season and Brothers & Sisters: The Complete Fourth Season.

Issued Aug. 17, Ugly Betty‘s four-DVD set includes all 20 episodes of the show’s final season.

The DVD was priced at $39.99 and includes these special features:

  • “Betty Bloops”
  • deleted scenes
  • “Betty Goes Bahamas”
  • “More After Hours”
  • and Webisodes.

In this last season of Ugly Betty, Betty, played by America Ferrera (Our Family Wedding), has a transformation professionally and personally.

Castle‘s second season bowed Sept. 21 in a five-DVD set with 24 episodes. Starring Nathan Fillion (Serenity) as a novelist working with the police to help solve crimes, Castle was priced at $45.99.

The DVD will have these special features:

  • “On Set With Seamus & Jon” behind-the-scenes featurette
  • “On Location With Nathan” featurette in which Fillion introduces viewers to his favorite crew members and demonstrates some tricks of the trade
  • “Manhattan’s Most Unusual Murders” about how the production team stages murders
  • deleted scenes and
  • “Misdemeanors: Bloopers & Outtakes”

Related television series Grey’s Anatomy and Private Practice were released on Sept. 14.

Grey’s Anatomy‘s six-DVD set, priced at $59.99, includes all 24 episodes plus an extended season finale with more than 20 additional minutes.

Starring Patrick Dempsey (Enchanted), Ellen Pompeo (Old School) and Sandra Oh (Sideways), Grey’s Anatomy‘s DVD offers these special features:

  • “Chandra Wilson: Anatomy of a Talent” with the TV show’s creator
  • “Seattle Grace: On Call”
  • “Disecting Grey’s Anatomy: Unaired Scenes”
  • extended scenes
  • and “In Stitches: Season Six Outtakes.”

Private Practice, starring Kate Walsh (Legion), Tim Daly (TV’s Wings) and Taye Diggs (Equilibrium), was priced at $45.99 for a five-DVD set.

Special features are:

  • “Kate’s Top Eight” with Kate Walsh sharing her favorite moments from season three
  • deleted scenes
  • and bloopers.

The Desperate Housewives DVD set bowed on Sept. 21 priced at $45.99.

The show, which stars Teri Hatcher, Felicity Huffman and Eva Longoria Parker, came with these special features:

  • bloopers
  • deleted scenes
  • “Cherry Picked” with creator Marc Cherry’s favorite scenes
  • “Master Class” with behind-the-scenes footage and interviews with the cast and crew members
  • and “Miss Piggy Gets Desperate” showing Miss Piggy on the set.

And Brothers & Sisters, starring Sally Field, Calista Flockheart Rachel Griffiths and Rob Lowe, will come to DVD ($45.99) on Aug. 31 with these special features:

  • bloopers
  • deleted scenes
  • “Off the Clock” with the cast and crew at three off-set events
  • and “The Red Carpet” going behind-the-scenes at the show’s season four premiere party.
