You Will Meet a Tall Dark Stranger movie sceneRenowned filmmaker Woody Allen’s (Annie Hall) You Will Meet a Tall Dark Stranger was released on DVD and Blu-ray on Feb. 15, 2011, from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.

Allen rounded up an all-star cast for his romantic comedy, which was an Official Selection at both the Cannes Film Festival and Toronto International Film Festival. The movie follows two married couples, Alfie (Anthony Hopkins of The Wolfman) and Helena (Gemma Jones of Bridget Jones’s Diary) and their daughter Sally (Naomi Watts of Mother and Child) and her husband Roy (Josh Brolin, Jonah Hex). Over time, they each have distractions, including Sally developing a crush on her boss, played by Antonio Banderas (El Mariachi trilogy).

Written as well as directed by Allen, You Will Meet a Tall Dark Stranger was released in a limited number of theaters, grossing $3.2 million.

The R-rated movie was priced at $28.95 on DVD and $38.96 on Blu-ray.

Neither versions have special features.
