ContinuumRachel Nichols (Alex Cross) is from the future in SyFy’s TV show Continuum.

The science-fiction series begins in 2077, when the leaders of the terrorist group Liber8 evade execution by traveling back in time to 2012, along with cop Kiera Cameron (Nichols, TV’s Castle).

To track down the terrorists in the past before they alter the future, Cameron poses as a government agent and joines forces with police detective Carlos Fonnegra (Victor Webster) and teen tech wizard Alec Sadler (Erik Knudsen, Scream 4).

Continuum Blu-ray boxA police procedural with a sci-fi twist, Continuum was well-received when it aired in summer 2012. The show deals with murder investigations, chases and the long-running story of Nichols’ Cameron trying to get back to her own year and family.

Both the DVD and Blu-ray sets contain two discs with all 10 episodes of the TV show.
