Ewa Aulin is Candy

During her trippy travels, Candy encounters lust and lunacy at the hands of a drunken poet (Richard Burton, Alexander the Great), a Mexican gardener (Ringo Starr, The Magic Christian), a patriotic general (Walter Matthau, A New Leaf), a mad surgeon (James Coburn, The Great Escape), and a mystic guru (Marlon Brando, The Young Lions). Can the world’s most stalwart members get their own sweet piece of Candy? Or will a final freaky twist swallow her whole forever?

Charles Aznavour, John Huston (Chinatown), Anita Pallenberg (Barbarella), and boxing legend Sugar Ray Robinson co-star in this cult favorite, which features music by The Byrds and Steppenwolf.

Based on the novel by Terry Southern (Easy Rider) and Mason Hoffenberg, written by the great Buck Henry (The Graduate), and featuring music by The Byrds and Steppenwolf, Candy was directed by actor Christian Marquand (Of Flesh and Blood).

Bonus features on the DVD and Blu-ray include an interviews with screenwriter Buck Henry and film historian Kim Morgan, an original theatrical trailer and a selection of radio spots.
